• 2012 Global Time Attack Entry and Prize Bounty Details

    Entry fee is $500 per car per class. Teams are permitted to enter one car in different classes providing the car is pre-registered for each individual class and meets the tech requirements for each class (i.e. changing tires to run both Limited and Unlimited).

    All cars must meet the HPDE Technical Requirements in Section 11 of the NASA Club Codes and Regulations (download NASA CCR here) in addition to passing GTA Class requirements (see GTA rules here). All drivers must have a current NASA membership (download application here). It is the responsibility of a team to ensure that the driver has the proper NASA licensing and the car is compliant with the NASA CCR and GTA rules before entering. No refunds will be issued for a car or driver that cannot pass the GTA on-site tech inspection.

    Additionally all GR8 VIII vehicles and drivers must satisfy the Competition Entry Regulations in Sections 12-16 of the NASA Club Codes and Regulations (download NASA CCR here).

    Total prize payout per event with a full field is $10,000.

    Payout breakdown is as follows:

    $4,100 GR8 VIII Shootout

    2nd Place: $700
    3rd Place: $400

    Fastest Lap of the Weekend: $400 plus a MSTR Watch
