Hyper Attack is building its competition structure using the Global Time Attack rulebook as the foundation, creating compatibility between both series and making it easier for drivers to compete internationally.
Through this partnership we’ll be working together on:

The second round of TIME ATTACK TF will take place March 29th at the iconic Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, utilizing the same 4,304-meter configuration used by Formula One in recent years.
The current lap record stands at 1:47.715, set by a VUHL 05RR driven by Rodrigo Echeverría. This impressive benchmark has remained unbeaten since September 2022, becoming the ultimate target for the fastest drivers and top race teams in Mexico—and a formidable challenge for international competitors.
Spectators at this TIME ATTACK TF event will experience far more than just on-track action. The event will also feature an exciting car show, a high-energy drift exhibition, and a wide variety of food and beverage options, all set within one of the most legendary racing venues in the world.

Global Time Attack and Time Attack TF are officially joining forces to grow time attack competition between the United States and Mexico.
This new partnership opens the door for drivers and teams to compete across the border, experience new tracks, and connect the time attack communities in both countries.
Through this collaboration, both organizations will work together on:

Drivers who compete in events from both series will receive special recognition and become eligible for cross-border awards.
📊 North American Points Challenge
Select results from GTA and Time Attack Mexico events may count toward a combined championship.
📋 Class Equivalency Guide
Making it easier for drivers to understand how their cars will be classified when competing internationally.
🛠 Safety & Rules Collaboration
Both series will consult on safety standards to help create compatibility between competitions.

Helping teams navigate the logistics of racing internationally.
Time Attack TF hosts events at legendary venues like Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City and circuits in Monterrey, Nuevo León, while GTA continues to host time attack competitions across the United States.
